B. C. Bora, Chairman and Independent Director
Mr. B. C. Bora is a Petroleum Engineer with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, India. He is widely recognized and acknowledged as one of the foremost authorities in the oil & gas industry in India with 45 years of exploration and production experience.

Earlier positions held include those of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) and Chairman and Managing Director, Oil India Ltd., the two national upstream companies of India.

Presently Mr B. C. Bora is a Director of Assam Hydrocarbon and Energy Company Ltd. a company of the Government of Assam and an Independent Director of the Gujarat Gas Company Ltd.

Gopal P Srinivasan, Chief Finance Officer

Mr. Gopal Pallipuram Srinivasan, Managing Director
Mr. Gopal Srinivasan, is an Associate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and also holds Post Graduate Certificate in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

He has extensive experience of over 27 years in Finance, Accounting and Commercial disciplines in the upstream oil and gas industry in India and Abroad and has worked in notable companies such as Oil India Limited in India, ONGC Mittal Energy UK Limited in London, UK and Ezra holdings Limited, Singapore. Prior to taking up the current position, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Adrian Lee Chye Cheng, Director
A management graduate, Mr. Adrian Lee, is responsible for overall management and operations of Jit Sun Investments Pte Ltd., a privately held company, incorporated in Singapore, managing assets in excess of SGD 400 Million.

Vijay Misra, Director
Mr. Vijay Misra has a distinguished career spanning over 26 years with a specific focus in Oil & Gas E&P sector. He has been associated with Companies like Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited and Oil India Limited, i.e. 2 largest E&P Public sector Companies of India, and has a varied experience of the fields as well as Oil & Gas industry at large. He has been instrumental and resourceful in organizing the second world energy conference in India. He is currently the Country Head, India of Sapura Crest Petroleum Limited, the largest Malaysian Oil & Gas service Company. He has been instrumental in forging JVs between Larsen & Toubro & Sapura Crest Petroleum Limited and between MDL Energy Pvt. Ltd. & Sapura Crest Petroleum Limited. Currently he is also an equity partner in manufacturing of life saving drugs in US. He is also working on establishing an advanced cancer institute in India, and construction of private airport at Jaipur, the first green field airport in the country.

Arun Agarwal, Independent Director
Mr. Agrawal has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He possesses 25 years of rich and varied experience in the fields of Accountancy, Audit, Taxation & Finance and Corporate Law.

He has been on the board of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) since 2005 and is also on the board of many companies of the Indian Renewal Energy Development Agency (IREDA). Furthermore he is also the Central Statutory Auditor for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) and the National Aviation Company of India (Air India).

Lai Michael Kai Jin, Independent Director
Mr. Michael Lai holds a Bachelors degree in Law. He is an Advocate & Solicitor and heads the shipping department in Khattar Wong (a Singapore Law Firm).

He is a Director of EOC Ltd, a public company on the Oslo Bors (Norway), Intelli-Media (Holdings) Ltd. (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange), Clearing Ltd. and Select Group Ltd. which are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Dr. Ambrose G Corray – Director
Dr. Corray holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from King’s College, London University (United Kingdom), a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Business from Southern Cross University (Australia).

Dr. Corray has more than 26 years oil field experience through senior management levels, notably with Schlumberger and General Electric. Prior to taking up the current position, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Mr. Madhav Kant, - Vice President (Operations)
Mr. Kant is a ME (Chemical with specialization in Plant & Equipment Design) from University of Roorkee (Presently IIT Roorkee) and Diploma in Administrative Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Mr. Kant has total 31 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and his exposure has primarily been in handling Oil & Gas Field Production Operations, Engineering Services, Plant Operations, Health, Safety & Environment, handling OISD & DGMS Audits. He has been intensely involved in planning, interface of construction, execution and commissioning of various Gas processing Plants.

Prior to joining Interlink Petroleum Limited, Mr. Kant was working with the largest E&P Company of India i.e Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Limited.

Ranjeet Singh Saroha, Vice President – Corporate Services”
Mr. Saroha holds a Bachelors degree in law from MDSU, Ajmer and a Post Graduate in Personnel Management.

He has varied experience of over 18 years in Human Resource, Corporate Administration, and Operations in medium and large size companies. He has worked with reputed corporate like Jubilant Group of Companies, HFCL Group of Companies and Surya Roshni Ltd. Prior to taking up the current assignment; he was working with EnSearch Petroleum Ltd. as the Head of H.R. & Admin. and was also assigned the responsibility of Country Manager for the company’s operations in Jordan.

Chaman Singh, General Manager (Operations)
A graduate in Science, Mr. Singh has more than 35 years of experience in Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) in the field of oil and gas production.

Parvinder Singh Arora – Company Secretary
Parvinder holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a Law degree from University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Finance. He is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Parvinder has over 8 years experience as Company Secretary and also in handling Legal matters in companies such as Rave Technologies Pvt. Ltd. & HUDCO Ltd. Prior to joining Interlink Petroleum Ltd., he was employed with Cosmo Films Ltd. as Company Secretary and Legal Manager.
